My name is Andrew (Andy) Schueller.  I am a passionate leader who enjoys helping others maximize their greatest potential in all facets of leadership.  After graduating high school, I joined the Army, completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, master’s degree in Human Resources Development, master’s degree in Organizational Development, and have since retired as a First Sergeant (E8).   Over the years, I have been blessed to serve in multiple leadership roles in various functional areas.  I’ve held senior level HR roles in multiple organizations, acting as a key mentor to many and aiding  leaders in achieving their goals.
